Processing & Shipping
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once processed, shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method at checkout.
• Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
• Gld’n Brwn is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers & Rates
• We exclusively ship through USPS and UPS.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
• All purchases are final after 14 days from the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Free of stains, odors, or damage.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at gldnbrwnheadwear@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will provide a return label for defective or incorrect items and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Final Sale Items
• Certain items, including limited-edition drops, discounted items, and accessories, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at gldnbrwnheadwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, refunds (minus shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method or store credit.
